Abbeydale Animal Hospital

As an established AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital under new management, we were looking for some assistance in gauging our staff team satisfaction and improving internal and external communication.  Motivatum Consulting, through Senani Ratnayake’s thoroughness and excellent presentation skills, was able to do this for us. 

After spending a weekend with our staff team, Senani was able to cover a broad range of topics ranging from understanding what is expected of us at work by different team members, how our personal biases and pre-judgments may affect patient care, and how to show appreciation more regularly for colleagues.  She also facilitated a discussion, without owner/management presence, to better understand what, if any, underlying issues might be affecting our team cohesion and what we can do to improve. 

Senani was able to draw on personal experiences to illustrate her points and presented them in a very refreshing and extremely candid manner, all the while using humor to appropriately drive home her messages.  Senani’s passion for what she presented was evident in her initial pre-planning phone calls, during our weekend session, and in her follow-up calls.
