Motivatum Consulting has been a fantastic addition to our practice in the past year. With her experience and expertise in the industry Senani is able to provide an independent viewpoint that helps to guide our practice decisions, allowing us to achieve the goals we are striving for.  

Without a doubt she has been integral to the success of our practice. She has also been key in building and maintaining a healthy team - something that can be hard when already busy owning and operating a practice.  Our team members without exception love talking with her and feel completely comfortable opening up to her.
